CANCELLATION & RETURNS

We hope that you have satisfied with your ETF product. However, if the product you purchased directly from ETF is not what you expected, please return it to us by filling ETF Return Form from web interface for a refund. You can either use our free pre-paid return label or ship with a carrier of your choice. Please note that free pre-paid labels are available only to limited customers.

If an item is found defective or damaged, please get in touch with our customer care on Customer Support or call us on +91-9494445879 within 7 days of receipt of the product. We will arrange a free pre-paid return label for the product. Wherever possible we will facilitate the pick-up of the item through our courier partners Bluedart or DTDC. In case, the pick-up cannot be arranged by us, you can return the item through a third-party courier service and we will return the courier cost.

In any event, we recommend that you use a shipper that provides a tracking number. Defective or, unworn and unused merchandise may be returned within 7 days after purchase for either exchange or refund. The product must be returned unworn. There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns
– Return request is made outside the specified time frame
– Product is damaged because of use or Product is not in the same condition as you received it
– Specific categories
– Defective products which are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty
– Any consumable item which has been used or installed
– Products with tampered or missing serial numbers
– Items that are returned without original packaging, freebies or accessories

Refunds will be credited to your account within 15 business days (3 weeks) of receipt of your packaged return according to our policies.Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund.
